SmartSDR v1.6.21

マイナーなバグフィックスバージョンが出ていましたので、早速アップデート。
使っている機能に直接関わるものが無かったので特に変化なし。　ＡＴＵを時々使うので、其処だけかな、と思ってＡＴＵを使ってみたら思いきりリレーがバタバタいって送信しながら最適値を探していたので、#2905絡みの物かもしれません。
